- Anthropic PBC, a public benefit corporation based and headquartered in the United States, develops the models and runs the products; Anthropic Ireland, Limited contracts with customers in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the UK. Its board is elected by stockholders and by its Long-Term Benefit Trust. One name, Anthropic, covers the models, the API, and the specifications it stewards.
