How it is organized
One entity names the organization on every page read: the Terms of Use Agreement describes the reader's relationship with "Higgsfield Inc. and our affiliated entities" and calls them "Company", "Higgsfield", "we", and "us", the Privacy Policy opens the same way, and the site footer is "© 2026 Higgsfield, Inc.". The headquarters is the United States because the about page says the organization is "Headquartered in San Francisco" and its notice address in the terms, its privacy contact address, and its footer are one address, 535 Mission St, 14th Floor, San Francisco, CA 94105, named three times in the governing documents; the about page's mention of leading venture firms is backing, not a parent, so no parent organization is recorded. It is an AI company because the models and the creative product built on them are its whole business: its own pages call it an "AI-native creative suite" and "your all-in-one AI creative studio", and its Privacy Policy describes generating and editing images, video, audio, and other media "using a combination of proprietary and third-party artificial intelligence models". Its one serving surface carries both, and the API catalog is where that is legible: routes marked "Higgsfield Exclusive" appear under a higgsfield namespace — Genjutsu, Cinema Studio 4.0, Soul 2 — beside other developers' routes under their own namespaces, bytedance / Seedance 2.5 and Seedance 2.0, kling / Kling 3.0, alibaba / Wan 3.0 Prime, minimax / MiniMax H3, and xai / Grok Imagine 2.0, each with published per-second rates, so the organization both develops models and resells others' on the same API. Its changelog records models arriving from outside, FLUX 3 Image "per Black Forest Labs" among them, which is the same split seen in the catalog. It is recorded on a system rather than a release, so ADR 048's basis applies: this catalog has reviewed no Higgsfield model release, and the record it does have is the Supercomputer Agent, published as higgsfield-supercomputer, whose own product-boundary note says it covers that product and not the individual generators and not the company as a whole. That product is the organization's own on two first-party pages — the terms list "an AI agent service (\"Supercomputer Agent\")" among the services the agreement covers, and the product page documents it as one superagent for the creative stack with skills, schedules, and media-production workflows. Nothing else in the catalog names the organization: it is no model developer, no inference-service operator, no runtime maintainer, no specification steward, and no pack steward, and the one reviewed record names no organization, which is what ADR 048 calls the shape of a maker, so catalog_names is empty and the join runs from the system. Its channels are the three first-party pages a reader can watch: the API catalog, the changelog, and the Creator Hub blog. No GitHub or Hugging Face organization is recorded as a channel, because no page read links one from higgsfield.ai and no reviewed record of the organization is published from either, its one system record having no repository. It publishes no frontier-safety, responsible-scaling, preparedness, or risk-management framework: the Trust page covers content moderation, community guidelines, creator-programme terms, and fraud prevention, which are platform policies rather than a frontier framework, and neither the terms nor the privacy policy carries one, so the field is omitted rather than filled with a moderation policy. Its work is not where its entity is. Its own careers board, the page its own footer links as Careers and which resolves to its Ashby board, lists 81 open roles of which 50 are on-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan: every Engineering & Product role except four that sit in the San Francisco Bay Area, all eight Creative content roles, both Customer Experience roles, and its Head of Recruitment and Office Manager. The 27 United States roles are the corporate side — G&A in legal, contracts, tax, treasury, FP&A and revenue accounting, Marketing & Sales, public relations, and the four San Francisco engineering roles in IT security, GRC, and technical programs. The board also keeps the record honest about what the Almaty work is not: the single role in its Research & Development department, Machine Learning Engineer, Ads, is San Francisco Bay Area and hybrid. So the record says the engineering, product, creative, and support work is on-site in Almaty and does not say all of its research and development is there, which is what the page supports. The San Francisco entity, its notice address, and its venture backing are facts about where the company is incorporated and financed, not about where the product is built, and the record keeps the two apart.
