How it is organized

The institute's GitHub organization places it in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and its about page describes it as part of Abu Dhabi Government's Advanced Technology Research Council, so the record takes the United Arab Emirates as the headquarters country; no parent organization beyond the council is named on the pages read. It is recorded on the reviewed release model-tiiuae-falcon-h1-7b-instruct. Its site names no frontier-safety or scaling framework, so the field is omitted.
