- This record represents the Gemini 2.5 Flash TTS release identified by the Cloud Text-to-Speech model ID gemini-2.5-flash-tts, generally available since September 30, 2025. The Gemini API's separate gemini-2.5-flash-preview-tts preview code, the Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite TTS preview, the Gemini 3.1 and Gemini 3.8 TTS releases, and the Chirp voices remain separate model or service boundaries.
