NVIDIA's October 2025 second-generation Llama Nemotron embedding release at 1B parameters, trained on a commercial-use dataset blend for passage retrieval, published as open weights with binaries under the NVIDIA Open Model License, code under Apache 2.0, and Llama 3.2 community terms for the base.
