- 8 SKILL.md skill directories under skills/ in three categories (development, documentation, security), 8 core agent definitions carried both as agents/
.md and as subagents/core/
/agent.md, 133 agent.md subagent definitions under subagents/ across ten category directories, 24 slash-command directories under commands/ in eight categories, and 6 prompt templates, 11 standards documents, and 10 worked examples under prompts/, standards/, and examples/. scripts/install.sh clones the repository into ~/.claude/tresor and installs from that copy into the host's discovery locations: each skills/
/<skill> directory holding a SKILL.md is flattened into ~/.claude/skills/<skill>; each commands/
/
directory is copied to ~/.claude/commands/
-
; each subagents/core/
/agent.md is rewritten into a flat ~/.claude/agents/
.md with the frontmatter fields Claude Code does not support stripped; the whole subagents/ tree is copied to ~/.claude/subagents/; and prompts/, standards/, examples/, README.md, and CONTRIBUTING.md are copied to ~/.claude/tresor-resources/, which the script also names in the ~/.claude/tresor.config.json it writes. The README's manual path differs: it copies agents/ rather than subagents/core/ into ~/.claude/agents/, installs no subagents, and puts the reference documents in ~/claude-code-resources/ instead.
