One skill directory, .claude/skills/create-second-brain-prd/, holding SKILL.md, a requirements template, a filled-in example of that template, and references/architecture-reference.md, plus 6 Markdown memory templates under templates/memory/ (BOOTSTRAP, HABITS, HEARTBEAT, MEMORY, SOUL, USER) and a placeholder for a daily directory. The README installs it by cloning the repository and copying that skill directory into a project's own .claude/skills/, where Claude Code discovers it. The tree contains no executable files.
