Covers two of the role's four surfaces: files and the web, but not applications or scheduled work; its tool-server agent is disabled as non-functional and no scheduler exists. It passes the operational test that excluded paper projects, with the loop in a library behind a real test suite, but no continuous integration runs those tests and no release has ever been cut.
