Product boundary

Covers the Android automation agent and its MCP server in this repository, which the README positions for mobile testing as well as everyday tasks. The third_party folder holds portions of Minitap's mobile-use project under its own Apache-2.0 licence file. The advertised AndroidWorld result is the maintainers' own measurement and is not reviewed here.
