DeepResearchAgent
A readable example of an agent stack that couples tool-calling agents with trajectory-driven prompt optimization, and a caution that its README describes more protocol than the code implements.

- The GitHub description still calls it a hierarchical multi-agent system for deep research, but the README now calls it "a self-evolution protocol and runtime" and the default tool-calling config leaves the deep_researcher tool commented out. Vendored LightRAG sources carry no licence file in the tree, and two SIL Open Font License notices sit beside fonts in an optional visualizer asset folder; neither changes the root MIT grant.
