Covers the open-source Phantom runtime in this repository. Its agent loop is the Anthropic Claude Agent SDK, a separately licensed dependency that this licence does not cover; a second runtime shim can be selected by environment variable. The free managed Phantom and the wider Ghostwright products the README lists are vendor-operated services and are not reviewed here.
