Superpowers
Shows where a skills pack stops being documentation: the brainstorming companion is a server the pack runs and a browser it opens, work no host agent performs on its own, while the rest of the repository remains prose a host executes.

- The record rests on `skills/brainstorming/scripts/server.cjs`, the one long-running program this pack runs during a session: a zero-dependency HTTP and WebSocket server the brainstorming skill tells the host to start, which serves and live-reloads screens, opens the user's browser through `child_process.execFile`, and collects the reader's selections. The port, token, process, and instance-id files under `.superpowers/brainstorm/` that the server and `stop-server.sh` read back are operational plumbing for that server, not a memory the pack keeps. The session hook and the OpenCode, Pi, and Hermes plugins register the skills directory and print the pack's own `using-superpowers` document, which is distribution machinery rather than operation.
